Diplomatico

Bringing a cigar program to one of the world’s most respected names in rum. Creating a premium cigar experience rooted in craftsmanship, place, and partnership.

Diplomatico Rum wanted a premium cigar offering with the same attention to detail and craftsmanship behind its award-winning spirits. Rather than licensing the name onto an existing product, the goal was to build something real from the ground up. The work started in Nicaragua, identifying a manufacturing partner that could match both the quality and the brand, which led to Mombacho Cigars and Casa Favilli in Granada. From there came the cigar bands, packaging, inserts, pairing materials, collateral, and presentation pieces that tied the cigar experience back to the Diplomatico story, a program built to complement the portfolio while standing on its own.
